In Store Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be free from odors, stains, and pet hair

  • Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box

Final Sale Items:
Please note that the following items are non-returnable and final sale:

  • Jewelry

  • Hair accessories

  • Bath & body items

  • Last call items

All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Return Eligibility

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition

  • Items must be free of odor, stains, smoke, pet hair, or other debris

  • Items not meeting these standards will be rejected and returned to you at your cost

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Pre-order items

  • Jewelry

  • Health & beauty products

  • Seasonal apparel after the holiday has passed

  • Final Sale & Last Call Collection items

Store Credit

  • All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit

  • Store credit never expires

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Process

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return

  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days

  • If your return is received more than 21 days after you received your order, it will be denied and donated

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • All items must be returned, and you will receive store credit once your return is processed.

  • If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order using your store credit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled for store credit only, if your order has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

Orders that include final sale items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
